Rudest MOD. Used to be my favorite store, was so excited to see that the store had reopened. I was the only customer an hour before closing and no one acknowledged me. Manager and associate were complaining about the job the whole time as if I was not there. They turned off the music 30 before closing. It was awkward and quiet, I asked what time do they close and the MOD just responded “7”. I was so uncomfortable after that. I was ready to check out and no one acknowledged me again. MOD eventually walked over to check me out but again never acknowledged or looked at me. She had the coldest bitter attitude. She locked the doors 15 minutes before closing. Worst shopping experience. I work in retail and this is unacceptable. Will be contacting DM or corporate. I regret not getting her name.

Tried to return stuff I purchased & was told they don’t do refunds only store credit . While checking out I was not told that it was not refundable, and according to the manager it’s also not a policy for the cashier to mention that during check out . Which I think would’ve been great to be informed being I traveled hours to get here . So I asked for gift card to at least shop online , couldn’t even do that either !! Ridiculous.

I had my nails pulled out like a POW in Vietnam, or that's how it felt, having to deal with the staff here. Barring the one girl working her best at the cash register and guaranteed to be severely underpaid, the other staff and manager I hope with all due respect, get a flat tire on their birthday and miss their own party in the middle of a rainstorm.Rude, unenthusiastic, and extremely unhelpful. A coal miner coming out of the bowels of the earth covered in soot after a harrowing 14 hour shift could muster up more pep than these folks and help us get a changing room.Thank you, and avoid this store at all cost.

Terrible customer service. Seriously, if you treat a customer with a bad attitude you will get one in return. Employees were more concerned with putting up displays than greeting customers and assisting those that needed it. Even for cheap clothes it isn't worth it.

Terrible customer service. Stood outside the dressing room for 10 minutes when all were being used. When it was my turn the lady at the dressing room did not acknowledge either me or my friend and instead passed another customer. We wondered off and picked up some other items. Upon returning to the line she did the same thing again. Ignored us and even made faces as if we were not there. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service! Terrible. Will never shop here again. ?

Horrible customer service. we went on a Saturday may 13 at 12pm and the lady at the dressing rooms treated me and my friend horrible. She ignored the fact that we were there not one but twice. Instead she let in another girl who cut in the line. Super rude and we even told her it was our turn and completely ignored us. Never ever going again.

Buyer Beware-Check and double check that your items have price tags, that each item fits, check that you aren't being overcharged, that the sensors are completely removed from each item and before leaving make certain that the price tags remain on your items during check-out...you will thank me later! I had two items that did not fit. I was overcharged on one of the items. Another item, I noticed the price tag to those pants were in the pocket? How in the world would the price tag end up in the pant pocket, if they were in the store bag and were not handled since I checked-out? Thinking this was a one-off situation, I didn't give it anymore thought. A few days later (today), headed to the store to get the two items exchanged; I explained to the cashier that I had phoned the establishment about the error and needed to exchange that item, along with another as they did not fit. I was then told I would not be able to exchange the items as they did not have tags on them. I explained I purchased one like that and reiterated the scenario of taking the extra pants to the register and was never informed that I wouldn't be able to exchange because of no price tag on it. I asked, Then why would you sell it that way? I'd also explain about the price tag in the pocket she said nothing. After some back and forth, and asking to speak to the manager and requesting corporate's information; the District Manager appeared. The associate kept repeating the same, then she stated she would do an exchange but would have to give me clearance price since it is on clearance. I told it was on clearance from the getgo and only wanted a "store credit" (even) exchange on what I was originally charged. She kept saying no she couldn't do that. I explained the story again, when I got to the part of the tag being discovered in the pocket, the look between the District Manager and associate only confirmed my suspicions, that the cashier's at this establishment pull tags off at check-out to hinder your ability to exchange the item later. This was confirmed when I made mention to another customer of my finding the tag in the pant pocket. She stated her item's price tag was also pulled off from her item, her item was not on sale or clearance. Long story short the District Manager did authorize the even exchange. Through this horrendous interaction (back and forth) with the sales associate/cashier, I still had a store credit and was being offered an additional $25.00 gift card for my troubles! I was not looking for a compensatory reward, I desired to merely exchange what did not fit! I chose to give the refund from my original purchase to another, I did not accept the $25.00 gift card as it was never my goal or intention to obtain any additions! The mere offer was a complete insult; had the cashier informed me of the no tag policy, or caught the (error) she made, overcharging me in the first place, I would not have had to experience this poor unacceptable excuse for service.To write this type of review is completely concerning and very unpleasant but, I have hope that this review reaches the CEO, so that situations of this nature and buyer violations are never repeated.

I will never shop at this store again. Went in around lunch time, almost no one in the store. I couldn’t believe how cheap the clothes were. These are not the clothes I typically wear, but I found a few pairs of pants and asked to try them on. The older white lady (I assume the manager) asked if I had a friend who could hold my purse. I said “no” I’m here alone. She stated in order for me to try on clothes I had to give her my purse! I was confused. I have never had a store ask for my personal belongings to try on clothes. I’m sure my purse and it’s contents cost more than all the items in the store. If this is truly their policy, taking customers possessions is a lawsuit waiting to happen imo.

Went there today 10/23/22 to redeem a gift card from my husband. He told me the staff had a hard time putting money in the gift card and they had to call someone over the phone to tell them how to do it. Anyways, I went there with my $50 gift card and when I went ahead and paid using my gift card, the total was around $47 so I had $3 remaining in the card. The cashier also asked me if the price of one of my items was either $8 or $16 and I told her $16, but now that I look at the receipt, those $16 where for a 2-piece item and I only got 1 item. Anyhow, the cashier asked me how much was in the card and redeemed the whole amount and asked me if I wanted to keep it. I asked her how much was the total and she said $47 and some change. Well obviously I wanted the remaining balance back and she called her manager because she couldn't do it. The manager also couldn't do it so she went to the back and called the general manager (that's what the cashier told me) and then came back to the register and gave me the remainder balance in cash. I thanked her and she didn't even look at me and then went ahead and talked to the cashier without even acknowledging that I was there and thanked her. It wasn't my fault that they couldn't give me the gift card with the balance left so, I don't know why she was like that towards me. I do like the store, but the staff definitely needs more training on how to deal with their own incompetence.

I love this store, I have been several times and the prices are excellent, it is adaptable to my pocket, I have a lot of family and I can treat myself to shopping for all my little ones, I really liked the kindness of the employees and I returned a couple of blouses that were not My daughters liked them and they returned my money, recommended for the clothes, prices and attention thank you very much CHARLOTTE RUSSE for your prices
