Called numerous times, over numerous days. Phone lines suck. Takes you through the prompt but when you click to speak to representative, a button sounds and then nothing. This location is 50 mins from me, so I hate to drive just to see my shoe isn’t in store. Do better Champs!

The store is relatively clean and tidy even with the foot traffic on weekends. My experience was pleasant finding my shoes and the young man helping me get the correct size,however the cashier Victoria was rude when I inquired about a discount. It says on the company website that they offer military discount with ID.With that being said I don’t expect it but if it’s offered it makes the bill a little easier on my wallet. She didn’t want to assist me with the discount and had me go on my way. If other team members would train her better on customer service I’d give 5 stars.

The ladies helping me were great. When I checked out, I was asked for an email address. When I politely declined to provide my email address, I was told by "Lil Hey" that they couldn't give me with a receipt unless I gave them my email address. I asked if a manager could just print me a receipt. Lil Hey said that he was the manager and they were having a contest, so giving my email address would really help them out. In the end, they put in someone else's email address and printed my receipt. I get wanting to win a contest, but lying to customers about the inability to print a receipt is bunk.
