Treated rudely in the emergency room. The ICU nurses were very accommodating. The doctor assessing my case failed to tell me that I need a surgery. I was woken up by a nurse sound asleep to be informed of this. Very sad.

The ED staff could not have been more attentive, caring, capable, professional taking care of my husband who arrived in very bad shape due to having been swarmed by over 100 bees. They literally saved his life. Forever grateful for their care and I would not hesitate to use this ED again.

My experience with Christus was fabulous. The attention and care was truly phenomenal. I have stayed in hospitals in Austin and San Antonio and there IS no comparison to the degree of care shown to a patient in Christus Santa Rosa San Marcos.
