I had a top notch experience with the owner of this business, Travis. I called with a very specific request for an item that he happened to recently receive, but needed to look further into. He kept his word and got back to me the following day and I was able to claim this item at a fair price which means a lot to me as it is a gift for my son.I appreciate the high level of professionalism, courteousness and candor I experienced with Travis.He and his family run business have a beautiful flow and everyone I spoke with on the phone or met in person was kind and easygoing.They had a lot of great items on the shelves and very well organized. I recommend this location to anyone looking to buy used items at a fair price. The people make the business, and this family was a blessing to me. I can’t thank you and your wife enough, Mr. Travis. May your business always prosper. :)

I went to a different pawn shop in Kyle and was given a blunt attitude and bad price for an item I was looking to sell. I went to Cash Box afterwards and was given a warm welcome, a fair offer and was treated very warmly. And this has to be the nicest pawn shop I've ever set foot in. A whole bunch of beautiful instruments, the place was clean and the people I spoke to were very courteous. Definitely not your average pawn shop. If you're doing business with any pawn shop, make it this one. Thanks a bunch.

Good to shop at not to sell items...DO NOT SELL YOUR ITEMS HERE. I do Alot of resales,from chairs to clothes to furniture to tech ...so I know how to price something I came in knowing how much I should be given, including the 200% most pawnshop do to make money+ some...dude doesn't even check the item which online resale for 80$ half of that being new item and half for profit makes it 20$ bare and he gives me 10 ...if my gas tank wasn't sitting on empty I would have laughed and left but times are tough so I took it but if you can don't end up like me

I was sad to see this place had burned when I went by a few months ago. The manager told me that I should go check out their Kyle location. I had been to the Kyle Location quite a few times and had never been real impressed by that store at all. That store is over priced and the folks working there less than friendly. I did make a stop at this place on my way home, looking for some musical instruments. I was pleasantly surprised they had a good selection on items. Normally when you go to a pawn shop, you tend to find lots of cheap musical instruments. The young kid who came around the counter to help me looked like actor who plays Axel on Young Sheldon. He was friendly and not pushy at all. I did notice they do have their items priced based on what you can get it for off Reverb or eBay. Those prices are usually higher than the "pawn used" price. It does give me some wiggle room to negotiate a better price. I was glad to see they were over "way" overpriced their their Kyle store. I will definitely be back, checking to see if I can find something I can not live without.

I visited on 3/25/23 to help a friend find a TV. I noticed they had a wide selection of Laptops. Colten, the associate who helped me, gave me some good insightful advise and information on the laptops I was choosing. He was patient and understanding. I ultimately decided to purchase one, and I’m so happy I did. I got it for a great price especially since I needed a new. I’ve been overlooking this place, but I can’t recommend it enough now. They’ll work with you and try to make you a deal all while providing great customer service. Thank you!

EVERYTHING on the sidewalk should be tossed out... But, if you bring in actual commercial grade equipment, they say "but we can't sell what we have"... WHAT YOU HAVE IS THRIFT STORE JUNK!!!If you behave as a, "community service", instead of ignorant thieves, you could loan on the same items dozens of times, making thousands in interest... But, instead you compare real quality to garagesale rejects, that occupy your shelves!!!!

Cash box pawn is amazing and so are the employees and family that owns and runs it. Good honest people you can trust. Wouldn't hesitate to pick them in a pinch.
