Tried to email about routes and its been 5 days and haven't gotten a reply

Looked like a picture torn straight out of a Compton magazine and had the worst staff. Our bus was delayed to San Antonio, and they couldn't even figure that out.

Went there for the first time to get familiar with the bus schedules and routes the front desk people were very friendly and helpful also gave me a small book with the bus numbers and routes so it's helpful.
