Bevin and Del have helped me numerous times as I have had 2 totaled accidents and 3 fender benders over the past year. They are both very efficient, helpful, kind and patient. They made a stressful situation, not stressful. I will never go anywhere else for my rental. Oh, and on top of that, my first time going there, I went to the wrong location and was dropped off by an Uber. I ran into several of the corporate employees there who kindly offered to drive me to the correct location. Full service :)”
“I was in desperate need for a car after mine broke down on the day that I absolutely couldn't NOT have transportation. After calling another rental place and being told no cars were available, I was in full panic mode. But once Del answered the phone with a friendly voice, I felt a little better, and then when she didn't just send me to the website for my answers or to rent a car, I knew it was going to be ok. hWhen I went to pick up the car the next day she was in the office and so was Tammy. They were funny, upbeat, and very thorough!”
“I rented a car for 5 days and it was ready when I arrived at the San Marcos, TX site. The procedure was fast and efficient. The only problem I had was I had to change the date of return to one earlier than we had chosen. I tried for an entire day to call pressing the number on the phone to change or modify a reservation. My calls were never answered. I waited for 37 minutes at the longest when I then gave up. I drove there the day, (one day earlier than reserved) and had no problem. My point is that this is a very busy office and with 2 people working they didn't have time to answer the phone. They were fine with me doing that and all things worked out wll but it's a shame you have to go thru multiple unanswered phone calls. I will say the service reps were very nice and helpful.”
