Like all the stores or businesses in this large shopping plaza, they offer you promotional products and others not, the prices, just like in this entire place, are some good, bad or misleading depending on what you are looking for, but in general everything is good.

I was so surprised at the kind and attentive saleswomen. Her name Jewelezs Rivera. I haven’t had this much fun shopping in a long while. It seems like after COVID people don’t want to help you out. NOT THE CASE HERE!! Very helpful and went out of her way to help us out. Thank you Jewelezs. We will be back

Had a fabulous experience at Burberry Outlet in San Marcos, many thanks to client advisor Jewelzs Rivera for a quick and worthwhile shopping experience! I was on a 15 minute time limit due to an existing appointment , Jewelsz was fantastic pulling sizes and patient when I was struggling whether I really needed a bag. After I had a day to think she was great getting me the necessary paperwork to ship the item to my home, it arrived and I love it! Jewelsz is a great representation as well as the other staff members for Burberry , thank you all!!!

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from this location. I called in to inquire about exchanging the pair that I bought for a different size, due to the tight fit they had on me. The lady that I’d been speaking to over the phone seemed to be kind and told me that she would relay my message to the associate who handled my recent visit; that he would send me a text message shortly if I gave out my phone number. I agreed and gave her my phone number. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any text message within the next hour. I called back to speak to someone else and get my simple question answered: “Do you have the pair of shoes in a size up?” Finally, another lady picked up and told me that they did, in fact, have the same pair in a size up, along with the same shoes in a different color scheme, also in a size up. This second lady seemed to be very genuine and helpful. She even set the shoes aside for me at the register, so that when I got there, I didn’t have to wait very long for the exchange process. After the long, brutal trip with heavy traffic in Austin to the outlet store in San Marcos, I walked in and tried the shoes on. I liked them and chose to exchange my shoes for them. I was then told during checkout that I had to pay a “slight” difference, as there was a different 25% off “promotion” going on at the time that I had purchased the initial pair of shoes, which was only two weeks prior, while there was only a 20% off “promotion” going on that day. Remember… It was the same pair of shoes with the same price.. but in a different color. I asked the clerk checking me out at the register to see if they can honor my initial “promotion” since I had already purchased them a couple weeks prior and simply wanted the other color. He then radio’d over to a lady, who happened to be the same one that answered the phone the first time that I called the store.. the same lady that seemed to be helpful and wanted to transfer my simple shoe size inquire to an associate who was on his lunch break, simply because she was too lazy to walk to the back and check if they had the size that I was looking for. It turned out that the lady was the manager (for the time being) and answered the gentleman’s radio to tell him they could not honor my initial “promotion” as that was a separate time and “promotion” than the “promotion” going on at the time of the exchange. I bit the bullet, if you will, and paid the nearly $40 price difference, or 5% “promotion” difference. I then walked out with my new shoes. In summary, I’d say that the store has very poor management with a twisted perspective on purchases, “promotions”, exchanges, and returns. I will not be returning here. I highly suggest that nobody buy anything from here, even with a “25% off promotion”, or really a 25% markup to all prices so that they can make it sound like there’s a promotion going on. They will literally scam you like they did with me on a simple exchange. If I could give 0 stars for the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the poor management staff and terrible handling of a simple exchange process, I definitely would. 0/5 stars. Terrible.

I have been shopping here for the past 7 years and sometimes I buy 2 to 5 items when I go in there. I understand that XXXL are hard to come by sometimes but it is still worth the stop as even items as gifts while there is alright with me. But Saturday I stepped in for a browse and with every intent to make a purchase either for myself or as a gift, and had the worst experience ever. I don't know if I was stereotyped or what but when I looked through the lower drawers to find my size in NON-DISPLAYED T-shirts I was immediately shut down by the hosts stating "that is for employees only to open". I was like "how can I even shop if the clothes that is in my size isn't even displayed"? And after shopping here for all the years, not a soul has ever told me that I couldn't shop and look through those drawers. I don't know if JULIA is new or does not have the proper training but she sent someone my way to inform me that I was not welcomed to see what was in there. Did I look broke? Was it my skin? Was it that they are too lazy to organize the small amount of clothing that I carefully looked through for my size and style? All in all it was embarrassing to me to not be able to shop freely when my whole intent was to make a purchase. Again, I may not be a ridiculous spender but spend $1,500 or more almost every time I arrive which is 2 to 3 times a year if possible. I just would've liked a little respect or at least more help if those drawers were all of sudden forbidden from peasants. Which was exactly the way I was made feel. Unhappy Burberry shopper

Clothes? Not much else to say. Great quality materials and prices more in line with a lower brand name.
