I had the same experience as another lady on here did.no longer was interested on the couches, asked them to pick them up, they came and refused cause of the peeling that was on the arm rest, WHEN IT WAS GIVEN TO US THAT WAY, They even went down on the price when we got them FOR THAT REASON.WELL i will be taking these couches personally to there store and leaving them right out there door. they will not make me keep NOTHING that i dont want from them . ?
