I went in for a state inspection, as we were finishing they offered to change the oil in my car, so I accepted it.
They STARTED to untwist the bolt until they realized they did not have the oil my car needed.
We said no problem and we went on with our day as only an "inspection", two days passed by and I noticed my car was leaking, and NO ONE had touched the car other than Bradzoil.
I called to get help and find a solution, upon giving my information "Jerry" (if I understood correctly) the manager, recognized the situation right away and started apologizing.
Afterwards, he asked for my tag, and once he saw their documents only said "inspection" he brushed the situation off by saying "that was not our shop buddy, we're clean", when I know, that was not the case.
I took the car to someone else, the mechanic made fun of me for paying him $50 only to screw something so simple, mechanic said it even looks intentionally done, maybe because I'm Chinese? Who knows, but in our opinion and experience this guys are not ethical.
The ONLY edit is to say I've read many more comments on unscrewed oil covers !!!

Very fast and professional service! Great prices too. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for an oil change. The owner is very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

These guys are very nice and knowledgeable in their products and what car needs what viscosity oil! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM..and Ill be a repeat customer. ???

Horrible service, filthy rundown waiting area, and they lied to me. Been coming here for decades. Management changed recently, and every time I have come in, the place is more dingy and run down, and the manager that rings me up has treated me more and more like an inconvenience. Tried to take two different cars in three times for an oil change and inspection and each time was told "the inspection guy gets here in an hour, do you want to wait?" Third time I came back an hour later and was told "the guy called in sick". I am never, ever taking a vehicle here to get serviced again. If you think I am making any of this up, look at their waiting area yourself. The utter indifference and lack of attention to detail is palpable. The line guys are all decent humans, but you can tell what the "tone at the top" is.

I moved to San Marcos 2 years ago and have been coming here for an oil change ever since. The guys here are always efficient and kind, and it truly never takes more than 15 min tops. Highly recommend!
