I have always been a customer of Hugo Boss, it's disappointing to see how the service has drastically declined. You enter the store and not even a hello or welcome, you see employees everywhere and most of them folding clothes, instead of telling them to arrive earlier and do that so when it's time to open they are ready for the customer. When I am looking at the clothes they walk past me, not even asking if I need a particular size? Can I help you with something? Everything is done as if they were doing you a favor, they don't have training on how to attend to the customer. Terrible service.
