I've never worn cowboy boots before, the guy that helped me pressured me to buy boots that are too big for me. He said they would conform to my feet. He said to try them out and return them later if they still don't fit. He kept pushing me to do this. I gave in and barely wore them and realized they are way too big. I tried to return them just a couple days later and they wouldn't let me return them. These people are shady.

Boot Barn in South Park Meadows is my favorite place to shop. They always have great deals and their staff is great, always helpful and courteous.

I went here for boots for work. They are very limited on womens steel toe or composite toe work boots! Fortunately, they were able to order them for me to be delivered to my home in 3 business days! Thank you ladies for helping me out today!

Wonderful to have this store in San Marcos! It's a smaller store with less of a collection of boots than I've seen at other locations, but still a gem to have in the town!

Bought a pair of boots around June 6th, I have them stretched and was called a week later to come pick up. My shoes were actually not ready and after a couple more weeks of waiting I show up and nobody knows what boots I'm talking about.
After describing them the boots they were found and given to me.
So they called me when my shoes were not ready and once they were ready nobody called me. 🫠

Great and friendly service, Spend the morning trying on boots ! Rolando and Maria were very attentive and friendly and kept checking in on me and my friend making sure we were doing okay throughout our visit and answered every question we had !
