The lady working there has no customer service she always looks like she's in pain and she doesn't smileI paid for a turbo charger so she said and it wasn't a turbo charger and the box part stopped working in 1 week it stayed in one spot the whole time then the following week my phone stopped working so I went to get a phone and was giving no options on up-grade phonesI had to pay over 100 for a phone come to find out the box to the cord wasn't in my phone boxLike what the hell is going on

The lady that works there at Boostmobile by the name of Sara is very rude and has the most sorriest customer service ever. Everytime I go into the store. She is on her personal phone talking everytime. She never smiles or greets you when walk through the door. Because she is too busy on her phone like I said when she should be working.

Sarah that works here continually calls my phone asking for favors very unprofessional. The store needs to be shut down. Will call my phone at all hours of the night has caused drama in my marriage.

Sarah the one that works there is a scammer she over charged me and tried to lie. I paid for the promotion they had which u pay 3 months in advance and every month my phone has been disconnected, I’ve had to call them to turn it on. Now on month 3 all of a sudden she claims I only paid 2 months, which is impossible because I did the promotion. She scams everyone for her crack addiction. Don’t trust this place or her.

Sarah has helped me every time I've gone to the Boost store. She is very patient with everyone, even when she has several customers all at once. She always has a smile, positive, and very helpful and professional with everyone that comes in. She works out any issues I have with the service. She does the job of 2 people. She definitely deserves 5 stars!

went in yesterday to try to switch to their service & get a new iPhone. the lady told me she had 2 phones but they were on hold. she said she was going to call them & see if they were going to pick up today if not she will sale me one. when she called them, they seemed a lil confused and iffy about the prices. and she was making faces at me while on the phone. clearly they weren’t gunna come with the way they were asking soo many questions about the price. She tells them they been on hold since Saturday & if they aren’t going to come today that she will put them back up for sale . she then hangs up and proceeds to tell me she can’t sell me one because they were on hold. and I explained to her that, that’s ridiculous because They aren’t paid we for. they been on hold since Saturday. It should be a first come first serve. and that this isn’t the first time it’s happened here. it’s every time I come to boost & that’s why I go to metro. and she started getting loud , saying that’s not true. her customer service was just outrageous. as I walked out she was still mumbling things at me. very unprofessional! & it’s AlWAYS the same lady with the same nasty attitude. Boost mobile needs to do better ….

The lady was jut rude as can be from the moment we walked I do not recommend boost it it’s bad and just not worth it other services that are a lil more are way faster and reliable and her mood was just like she didn’t want us thair and that we were bugging her do not go to this boost mobile store if u do have boot she is rude as can be

I've gone to this store about 7x looking for a new phone. They NEVER have anything in stock. It's incredible. I'm going to need to change carriers to one that has some.. Any kind of customer support.I should add, the people working there are always polite and as helpful as I assume they can be.. Whoever is in charge of ordering product though, should probably start doing their job.

Excellent service. Truly wish I remembered the young lady's name but she was truly so helpful, friendly and awesome. She helped 2 people at the same time and never did I feel like I wasn't getting her full attention. She made it fun and pleasurable. She looked up my account, got us a new phone and set it up while helping another gentleman pick out a new phone and I never felt rushed or an inconvenience. Was there about 45 minutes and didn't even feel it. Truly upset I don't remember her name but she was amazing.

I went in to get a new SIM card because boost has informed me my phone will stop working if I don't. I have to get it in store which in itself is pretty problematic as I live in a rural area and the nearest store is 40 miles away but I had to go to San Marcos so I stopped here. First we notice signs informing us that masks are required. We are in a category the CDC is no longer recommending makes for but we will certainly put one on if requested. So I run back to my car for a mask and walk in to discover that the mask requirement doesn't apply to employees as the one working is not wearing one. We waited for 20 minutes while she finished up with the prior customer. We finally get up to the counter and tell her we need a new SIM card because boost has advised us we do and she proceeds to spend several minutes explaining why. Honestly I didn't ask why and I've already been here for too long. Eventually she let me know that they were out of sim cards.The customer who had come in behind me was there for the same reason so this does seem to be something a lot of people are coming in for. Maybe put a sign on the door or let people know when they come in so they don't waste a ton of time waiting for the only employee working on a Saturday afternoon to tell them they can't help. Boosts network is changing so a huge number of customers are going to need to make this change. The stores should be well stocked and they shouldn't let people stand around for 20 minutes in a tiny enclosed space with a maskless employee just to be told, very unapologetically I might add, that they can't get what they came for.
