I am on my second home mortgage loan thru Blue Sky as a single woman. I highly reccommend their services. Not are they locally owned but they offer a super fast, easy process. Lee and Marcus guided me thru every step. I first tried Wells Fargo and what a disaster that was as they denied my loan after doing business with them for 20+ years. Stick with Blue Sky and your dream home can be yours!
