Great shop to work with , was kept informed on status along the way. My vehicle was even picked up and delivered to where i needed to drop of my rental. Work was done fast and the whole process was hassle free. Highly recommend. Give Chuy a call

A big hail storm came through San Marcos Texas and both of my vehicles had a large amount of damage. I took them to Big Boys Collision. They worked with the insurance company directly and made things really smooth. Both vehicles came back looking great.Services: Painting

I went to these guys when I was involved in an accident last year hoping I'd get a more reliable service completed to the recomendaciones from my insurance. Before I had taken my car to big boys, I had taken it to Goodyear hoping it was just some minor issues that could be solved without involving my insurance. It was there that they had informed me there was frame support damage involving my radiator and A/C. When Big Boys told me there wasn't damage, I was relieved but confused. Turns out they just didn't think to check for the damage Goodyear had mentioned. The first time I brought my car there, it took them about 2 months to replace my bumper, tires, rims, & get my alignment done. Turns out my frame support was indeed bent and they failed to notice the issue in the TWO MONTHS my car was in their shop. I only found out because my tire blew out on the highway because my alignment had been thrown off again. Chuy, the owner, tried blaming me saying I must've let someone drive my car and they hit a pot hole. He even said out of the "kindness of his heart" he would replace a tire for free. Lol. I don't let anyone drive my car and it was incredibly unprofessional and condescending to blame me for an issue that they failed to notice. I may be a young female college student but I'm not dense and it was offensive to be treated that way. They ended up having to open my claim again to repair the issues the failed to notice the first time. My car spent a total of three months at their shop last year due to their incompetence. This was the most disappointing service I've ever received and I can't help but feel I was treated that way because of my age and gender.

***TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE***Took my car here after hitting a deer. They returned it unfinished and had broken my touch screen. Got home and noticed airbag light is on. Cody (front desk) said it might reset or could have been "banged around" during repairs.I should give it some time to reset. I noticed my touch screen didn't work and figured it would reset as well. Left for Xmas. Neither had reset and i noticed small cracks in corner of screen. Now I can't adjust temp or connect my phone. They won't fix it.Additionally, the hood was installed crooked and the pinstriping was not completed. Apparently they contract that out, now I have to travel to the next town to have it completed. I got my car back justbefore Xmas. 1 month later , and multiple calls and visits. I have given up and am just sitting here waiting for them to reset the airbag sensor.Take your car somewhere else. I read the reviews and thought this would be a good, convenient place to take my car.***TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE****

I highly recommend Big Boy Collision for any work that you need done! They were awesome. I am a mom of 4 and work a full time job, so my life is crazy. They came and got my car. Had the pictures and quote sent to my insurance before the insurance claims adjuster even made it out. They keep me updated. The work was beautiful.
