This autobody shop made sure my car was returned looking good as new! These guys went above and beyond to make sure that everything that needed to be properly repaired or replaced was done right. I almost feel bad that they had to go back and battle the insurance company to make sure they covered what was rightfully covered, but the end result was getting back my beautiful black Benz shining and looking as good as the day before my accident. I want to thank the entire team at Automedic for working diligently and giving me the best experience I've ever had with ANY autobody shop! The office manager David also kept me up to date on all issues and situations which I am extremely grateful for. If you want your car or truck to be returned to you looking like new, bring your vehicle to Automedic!

OUTSTANDING work! I called on Tuesday to ask about an estimate on some molding damage I had above my wheel. They gave me a *very* reasonable estimate, and it was repaired by that Thursday. SUPERB customer service! Carlos and Desiree were so awesome with communication for the entire process. This is my body shop of choice from now on.

All I have to say is that they made my car look brand new. My car was covered with dents from the hail. When I went to go pick it up it was as if i just bought the car all over again

If there was an option for 100 stars out of 10 that would be my rating. Carlos Zarate and his family at AutoMedic care about you and your vehicle more than anyone in the business. Carlos, recently fixed my 2014 Toyota Tundra due to the hail damage we have had in San Marcos. Every step of the way he let me know where the process was with my vehicle and my insurance company. Which, unfortunately, the insurance company was not easy to deal with but he stuck it out through the whole process and got me back my truck in a timely manner. If customer service is important to you look no further! Thank you Carlos!!!!

I will never ever go anywhere else for body work on my vehicle. Carlos from Automedic is my life saver. I walked out to a very messed up bumper after work yesterday and have no idea who hit me. I called this morning to see if I could get seen as soon as possible and Carlos came in on his off day (and his daughter's 14th birthday) to help me inspect and fix my bumper immediately. I HIGHLY recommend Automedics of San Marcos for anyone in the surrounding area. You will not regret it!

I know if I ever get hail damage again I WILL bring my cars here! I had 2 cars with major hail damage and Carlos explained everything he was needing to do plus the time he'll take to get it done, he took care of the cars very very well! He kept me updated on everything, when I got the cars back not only were they dent free but they were really really clean! I would say he is a perfectionist with his work! I definitely highly recommend you bring your cars here!! My husband an I are such satisfied customers!!
