“Every time I go the office Mando always has the best energy. I have enjoyed stopping by at the office for all the snacks they have for us. Also, the new hallways look very nice and adds a lot of personality to the apartment.”
“Put in a request yesterday evening and Shane came in this morning and went above and beyond to help us with all the odds and ends of the place that needed fixing up. Even helped with a few of the issues that we hadn’t put request in for yet.”
“Very nice overall for student apartments. Good TXST bus stop, good maintenance.Cons:Office could be open more often. Mail/packages situation could be better.Communication about construction could be better as well.Apartment was uninhabitable during working hours for a couple of days due to construction.Construction crew uses power tools to saw things outside my window early in the morning”

“I went to visit with a family, the facilities seemed very good to me, with ample parking, the pool and the GYM were very clean, and the apartment is spacious and with good distribution, especially that there are several department stores and restaurants nearby ...Excellent”
“Cabana Beach is very peaceful and quiet. Everyone here is nice and the staff at the office are super helpful for any questions or concerns you have. Cabana Beach is also very good about sending out updates of office hours and events going on. I have found it a very lovely place to live.”
“loved living so close to campus, so really great location. only 5 minutes away from a small HEB and less than a 10 minute walk to the square. as far for the apartment maintenance could be improved, apartment could be updated, but overall enjoyed living here. made great memories at sanctuary so i would recommend living here at least for a year because of its location, but i personally would have loved for a more modern home.”

“Live here for two years now and can really appreciate the Vistas location. So close to campus but you also have so many places around you with downtown in walking distances. Easy access to the river. A little pricy however, the benefits are great! Lovely staff at the front office, always hear my concerns and address it in a timely manner.”
