We just stopped by at 8pm to buy some shoes and the store was closed and im pretty sure someone was in there and I also tried calling the store and nobody responded.

Pathetic and worse, Customer service I have ever been given from the store and I spend thousands of dollars here. I ordered a pair of shoes online never wore them except to try them on, of course. Clearly, you can tell that they have not been walked on, and he would not except it back because it had a slight black mark that could easily been rubbed off with the wipe. Should have got his name but don’t see a lot of men in this store, tall Caucasian guy with brown hair that was the manager doing returns on August 20th around 330 pm. Never in my life will I step foot in the store again believe the reviews that you see they are correct.

I purchased sandals here and wore them less than 10 times and they started to fall apart, I tried to return them as they were clearly defective. They would not return them or provide me any type of refund. Customer service was terrible. Do not shop at this store.

The manager repeatedly retrieved sizes for customers that came in after me. I asked if someone was checking on my size and he/she/they replied with "we're helping who we prefer to help first".

Very good customer service! They always have on sale products plus shoe care products you cannot find anywhere else!

Horrible customer service!!! I misplaced my receipt and went into the store to ask for an exchange. They said without receipt I couldn't do anything that it was store policy. I asked is there ANY WAY I can get a receipt. Store manager said "no" turns out that's a lie. If you call ALDO customer service 888-818-2536 they can help with searching your receipt so you can make the return or exchange. The manager just kept repeating himself when I asked who can I escalate it to, or when I asked if they can look through transactions since it had only been 5 days. He said no. Simply no no no. Don't you want the customer to be happy and return to purchase more? Maybe not the manager but the owner does. So maybe train personnel better and letting them know how they can help customers. Unless the manager just didn't want to help at all. Not once did I disrespect him not raised my voice. Now I'll be able to return my heels forget an exchange.

Aldo,*What a pathetic customer service*I was being served by ur employee (receipt has her name Mariel) however i managed to take her photo but wont share here unless aksed by customer service. Curly hair and short height.I bought 2 pair of shoes from you and love aldo shoes.Me: So i step at the counter for payment and casually i ask any further discount i can get!! Student discount do you give??Employee: You dont ask me for discounts. You dont go to store and ask for discounts!!(Seriously?? You dont ask for discounts?? Well i do, stores give students discount etc etc so i check on that)Me: you dont need to tell whether i can ask or not for discount. U dont have then just politely say No futher discounts.She: blah blah blah and repeats you dont go to store and aks for discounts… and asks me to leave store. And lets talk like an adult and all…. Blah blah(I don’t understand what attitude she had, was she high on drugs??)Me: woah!! I am not purchasing from you, i am purchasing from ALDO. Make the bill. Lets do less talking and some work going.She: i am asking u give respect. And u dont tell me what to do.(Talking about respect?? And talking garbage like leave store and all)Me: Well here what i am asking. U serve ur customer with some respect too. And dont tell them “You Do Not Go To Store and ask Discount “. And on top u asked me to leave store.ALDO, what kind of staff training do you give?I had awesome experiences till now at your tanger store. But today it was low class. Very LOW CLASS.

Disappointing experience in the store. I like the shoes from Aldo and for past 3years I wear Aldo shoes. I visited last week to purchase new shoe as older one got worn out and behold ,either the color I chose wasn't available in correct size or the one with correct size wasn't in the color of my choice. Staffs tried to search in stock but no luck. I was informed to order it online.Now am not against online order but being in Tanger outlet ,one of biggest malls they should have restocking option if their fast moving models are being sold out. The same was told to few more people visiting the store same time. One wouldn't travel all they way to San Macros to be told to order onlineI hope atleast by my next visit they shall rectify this

I came couple times to the location in San Marcos and was very upset because both times it was not even close to being lunchtime and they had a sign that they’re closed for lunch.So when I came back after an hour I did notice that somebody walked in and then when I approached the door it was locked and I had to knock when they opened they said they don’t let people without mask.I really hope that whoever owns the business knows that somebody is actually running them out of the business

The store manager helped me out tremendously. I would highly recommend this Aldo location above others for the care and attention they provide to their customers!
