I had best service and love my golf cart I bought. Customer service was top notch. Good people very busy and made time to walk me threw the options I had. I will never go to anyone but them for my golf cart needs.

I've been renting a golf cart for the ROT rally since 2013 and besides a few minor issues I've been happy with them. The first few years I picked them up myself, but have been have been having them delivered since 2017. The owner Van has always provided on site support when I needed it, which I really appreciated. They rent out reliable golf carts and will fix any issues that come up. I will continue to rent their golf carts for the rally and recommend them if you need to rent a golf cart.

Don't recommend this place!!! Tried to purchase a 2020 golf cart at Affordable Yamaha in San Marcos. They had no problem running our payment but then FAILED to complete in two weeks, which eventually turned into a MONTH with NO COMPLETION DATE INSIGHT. DId some research and found another dealership that had a new Yamaha Golf Cart in stock and ready for delivery. Tried to purchase a new 2020 Yamaha Golf Cart, Sales person was not very knowledgeable. They had no problem running my payment but failed to complete in two weeks, which turned into a month with no completion date insight. Did some research and found another dealer in the area that had a new Yamaha Golf Cart in stock and ready for delivery. Now the owner of Affordable wants to charge me a restocking fee for a Cart never received and failed to complete in a timely manner. Even though the salesperson told me that I was under no obligation to continue given their unforeseen circumstances. Now holding my payment as ransom until I pay a restocking fee, what a Joke! As a consumer I would advise anyone shopping for a Golf Cart not to do business with this facility.

I took my cart in for new batteries and to have the charging system evaluated. Batteries were replaced and i was told the charging system was working fine. They also advised i needed some suspension work and changed out some bushings. After over a week the cart was ready for pick up. The length of time was not the issue. After loading the cart up i was asked if i needed help strapping it. "Nope, but i need my charger." 20 minutes later they came out carrying a tattered charger that was not mine and said they misplaced mine and i could use or have this one. this one was so beat up and had exposed wires. After assisting with the search i located my charger. When i got home and off loaded the cart i noticed the battery indicator light no longer works. Light worked prior to the above service. Then my kids went for a drive and broke down 4 miles from home. The steering came apart and i had to tow the thing home. I was able to repair the steering that was almost stripped. I called the next day and was told to "reboot the unit," to see if the light would work. Then was told that they go out all the time and expressed no customer concern at all. I believe the guy's name is Ned. I told him the story about the steering and once again no concern. Do yourself a favor and drive to Buda. I have used the Company there before and the customer service was top notch. I used this place just because of proximity to my house but that won't happen again and i'm telling everyone this story. Repaired my golf cart BUT decided to change the estimate after quote was sent by a couple hundred $$$. So make sure you communicate clearly as they will increase their pricing after estimate was sent. Not professional at all!

I was very happy with the delivery of my new gift. Gram walked us through things as a real professional would. Gram stayed a little past time for the delivery. Thank you both Linda and Gram for a remarkable experience.

We are a retired couple and went in looking for a neighborhood cart. They had exactly what we needed at a good price. We felt we got excellent service, and Van was exceptionally good at fulfilling all expectations. We love the cart! Thank you

This place is a mess. They don't have any customer service. We bought our EZGO from them a couple of years ago. About 7 months ago, we took the cart in for service. After a couple of weeks, they called and it was ready. Long story short, my husband went to get it and the front light was broken. We were told that a "painter was there, and backed into the cart and broke the light" and they would replace and charge the painter. Ok. Well after all this, nothing. Called several times and was told they were looking for the part and they would call. Never called. We did, several times. That's it. Nothing out of this except broken head light. It's the principle of the situation.
