In the new location it is good but nc because there were only 3 ATMs it was Monday and there was 1 a very long queue more than 15 minutes waiting for bad service

I called in to see if they had some shoes in stock. The person went to go check and comes back on the phone to say that they are in stock. I request to set one aside and he says, “there are multiple pairs they should be available when you get here.” This should’ve already been a red flag. I requested to still have some set aside, mind you, I live an hour and a half away. I arrive and they are not set aside, then they check the system and they’re not even in stock! Is it really that difficult to attempt to do your job correctly? Absolutely insane.
