After a very bad experience with a different company in 2013, I was very leery to work with another inter-state moving company. The first call was very positive and they supported me in understanding how real inter-state moving companies work and pointed me to a government website which was helpful. They assigned my move a staff member to walk me through the process. I loved that someone took screen shots of all my items for a more accurate estimate. When they picked up our items in San Antonio, it was exceptionally smooth and the team was so respectful and professional to me an my items. When the team arrived in Chicago, they were not as friendly though somewhat respectful. I'll be transparent why they didn't receive 5 stars.
Here are the reasons:
1. Even though I purged very heavy items that were initially in my estimate, I still had to pay over $500 more.
2. The window for delivery was July 1-July 22 and they only give you 24 hours before delivery. There's no flexibility in the window.
3. There were many boxes that were damaged. Luckily, much of the damage were just the boxes.
4. The Chicago team was much more feisty than the San Antonio team and started to lecture us on how to pack things.
Overall, I do believe this is the most honest of all inter-state moving companies and should be utilized by consumers. If I need to move out of state again, I will plan to use this company.

ACE handled our office move in amazing fashion. They were prompt with the crate drop off and the arrival for final packing and loading. JT’s team was great about helping us safely wrap over 20 computer monitors for transport. They had us moved out and into our new space in far less time than we expected. Highly recommend them!

Worst moving experience of my life- particular attention to the very poor customer service for damaged items. I refused the laughable reimbursement for the items they ruined, asking to speak with a manager. Instead of getting back with me, they closed my case without giving me a penny for the thousands of dollars I was out in replacement and repair. Beware!!

My move was managed through the Phoenix office. I have moved cross country four other times. This was by far my best move. Communication was outstanding. The driver and crew were efficient and on time. This is the first time the driver would not leave until every box and item was accounted for. If I ever have to move again Ace Relocations will be my first call.

My husband has been in the business forever. He’s an owner operator and his father use to own his own company back in the day. I recently started working with him, and we stop often at other Atlas locations for storage. This was by far the absolute BEST!! Overall from our first interaction, it was wonderful!! We have yet to be at a warehouse where employees just jump in and start helping. (We had one guy hired on, and two others assisting WITHOUT expecting anything in return) The facilities are extremely clean & well taken care of. The office staff were kind as well. Overall 10/10.

Every person we dealt with at ACE/ATLAS exceeded our expectations. Aaron Ross did the original estimate and explanations, and prepped us for the 1400 mile move of our most important possessions. Gwen Mello coordinated the pickup date and contact with the driver. She was in constant contact with us to advise the progress of the move and handled a difficult unload at a gated community on a weekend, where we had restricted access, and made it seem like an every day occurrence. When we had one moment of miscommunication, the owner of the Orlando branch contacted us personally to make sure all was right. Dan Pedrick, the driver, despite a family emergency midway through the shipment, treated our goods as if they were his own. The team that delivered to our new home so far exceeded our hopes that I wish they provided other home services. Everything was delivered directly to the room that would be the final location. Furniture was reassembled and tested. A flimsy caster was repaired. TVs we're hooked up and tested before they moved on to the next item. My wife and I have been married 48 years, and accumulated artwork, china, crystal, etc. Everything came through the move in excellent shape. I can't state highly enough how much we appreciate ACE's service. I wish they had a division for plumbing and electrical and auto repair, we were that impressed.

Ace Relocation Systems had excellent crews from San Antonio and San Marcos, TX that loaded my household in Austin. I already reviewed them.
Today I'm giving 5 stars to the Atlas driver, Pete, and the two local men, Lorenzo and Ezrah who unloaded my items in Albuquerque. Pete spent a lot of time making sure that I would receive a credit to my payment because he didn't need to use a shuttle for the load. He was able to park the big rig on the street instead. He verified with my relocation consultant, Jennifer A., that a credit would be made, which she verified quickly via text. While Pete was taking care of that, Lorenzo and Ezrah, worked very hard and steadily in cold weather carrying furniture and lots of boxes up to the 2nd floor. Pete also helped unload in addition to directing the items coming off the truck. They were very respectful in our conversations and very careful handling my items and putting furniture back together. If you need help with an interstate move, I highly recommend Atlas/Ace. If you need help with a local move in Albuquerque, I highly recommend Lorenzo and Ezrah (Movin'Mafia). The three men made a great team! You can trust these people to get the job done well and safely. I feel very fortunate that they were assigned to my job.
