I've been here a couple of times, and each time, it's just getting more and more packed, but tbh I think that's just because we came here on a Saturday. Besides that, this place is very nice, there are four fitting rooms. The price is either on sale, clearance, or pricey. I do like what it looks like. There are mirrors in all the rooms

Amazing workers, they allowed me to return something with no tags, no receipt, and from 2 months ago, they used my email to proceed with the return. They also offered to help me find shorts in my size and were very welcoming! I love coming to this Abercrombie and Fitch.

was shopping in store earlier and asked if they would match the price online. they said no they didn’t do that so i left without purchasing. looked up A&Fs policy to see that price matching is allowed. management may want to inform their staff

I recently visited the Outlet store in San Marcos, Texas. Callie helped me. 15/10 experience. She was amazing at helping me with my jean search. She spent 10-15 minutes helping me and was over the top with her customer service.

Bad service, everything made a real mess, no one accommodating, no one supporting anyone and if you want a particular size you had to look for it only at the checkout, a very attentive lady would be the only redeemable thing in the store, a total disaster.

Worst shopping experience ever. The fact they didn't have what I was looking for in stock is fine but to ask a question about it and receive an ugly attitude is another. The manager Nancy is absolutely terrible and has a disgusting attitude towards customers. Treated me and my girlfriend like trash. Walked out instantly and will not be coming back. If I were you I'd take my money and business elsewhere.

We walked in there at 8:35 pm and asked to try on 3 things 5 minutes later. They refused to allow my daughter to try on her items as they had already "closed" the fitting rooms. There is no reason to close fitting rooms before a store closes. They locked the doors 4 minutes early and closed the store early as we left. Very unprofessional and shows that the store has very immature leadership. I suggest getting some adults with reasoning skills to run the store. Shopping date: July 8, 2023

Would give zero stars if possible staff was not helpful but instead trying to rush us out said fitting rooms were closed over 20 minutes earlier than the closing time
