I bought the pizza and it was disaster. I was trying to return my money and the cashier didn’t want to give my money back and he was saying I already ate it but I didn’t because it was too dry and I was just trying to show him how dry was it.He didn’t even try to offer me something else.When I asked his name he didn’t said it doesn’t matter.Gladly the other kasher made the-return.

This was the most disgusting store I’ve ever been in from the restrooms to the food serving center the entire store was filthy. I will never come back here when I walked into the store, I was not even greeted just looked at and frowned upon worst store ever shut this place down

No parking available because most people park all crooked. I got an energy drink and a (chicken) taquito. Tasted like soggy Chinese food. That was supposed to be my breakfast.

Don't rely on this 7-11..They have "unforseen circumstances" way too often and close.. mostly this is at night like 10pm or later but it once closed for an entire weekend

Usually I love this store but recently I've noticed it's steadily declining. Ans just tonight the clerk decided to be ugly towards me for asking a valid question! The cappuccino machines were all out of order and left open, the latte machine as well wasn't maintained therefore I was unable to get the items I was needing so I had to use more gas to go to a store further up the road.

This place is disgusting. The bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned with filth and wadded up paper towels on the floor... the floors in the bathroom are saturated in pee... I don't think they have EVER been cleaned.. in fact, I think my peeing in the least filthy urinal I could find might have actually made it less dirty! THIS PLACE IS THE ANTI-BUCKY'S... if not a manifestation of the ANTICHRIST itself! The Laredo Taco looks like it has never been cleaned, and the floor in the whole store are disgusting as well. Will never stop there again. I bought gas the but feel that somehow it even makes my car disgusting.GROSS all the way around! Avoid at all costs!

Sometimes I go to this gas station but Every time I come to this place to put some gas and I want to use the restroom the ladies always said that the restroom is closed , or somebody is working trying to fixing it ?

The owners son, Manny, is a complete and utter dickhead to customers and should NOT be working there. My card got declined on a coffee and he cussed me out. I was a regular and I'll never be going back there again. FIRE MANNY

I want to say the manager and employees at the 7-Eleven in Fentress Texas are extremely nice and very helpful. I do want to say they receive little or no support from corporate. The manager tried to do everything he can to make the store presentable and take care of the customers. But like I said he has no support from corporate they might come by once in a blue moon and give him a hard time on what needs to be done around the store. But I have a feeling if they left him alone and let him run the business there it would turn out a lot better than them coming by once every four months and telling him what he's doing wrong. After all he spends about 80 hours a week up there at that store working. As with any retail they keep his payroll down so low he cannot afford to have enough employees to take care of the customers. They expect the employees to stock merchandise keep the store clean the store and wait on a large amount of customers. This store has gotten so busy in the past year they have not kept up with customer service. Maybe a visit from the district manager might be in order if he can tear himself away from his vacation 11 months out of the year.

Service is either mediocre or rude. Don't bother walking inside to pay because it makes you repeat the process at the pump just about every time. Money goes "back into your account" but it shouldn't have to do that EVeRY time! I don't expect rude customer service when my financials are at stake.
