EDIT: First of all, I never said anything about you online except for when someone asked only one time years ago in a tiny FB group about others experiences before I even made a completely non competitive business. Shame on you for saying that. I never competed with you bc I didn't sell the same breeds. You even copied my trademark. What isn't professional is you manipulating the review in your favor. Just own up to it. I made you the Cornish cross line which cost a lot and you ignored me and threw it away. We were once friends but then found out you're are a flipper and manipulate people. I know bc a lot of people that hate you come buy from me. I am leaving this review for something that happened 4 years ago well before I decided since you sell sick chickens I will make a real farm and breed healthy disease free chickens. The fact that I found the 300 chickens I got from you were sick with an uncurable flock killer called MG was from a government pt is profound. You don't participate in NPIP
for a reason. All I wanted to do is sell eggs but since MG causes more than a 50% drop in egg production contributed to culling the whole flock! That was very very expensive . You should stop calling customers liars when you are in the wrong. That reverse role might work sometimes but it is sad on this review. MG and Mareks doesn't show until later so your hands are washed. So people, if you are reading this review and have symptoms that is where you got it. I got zero other chickens elsewhere. Once my PT tester told me you are a cesspool of MG and actual Mareks I figured out you are just a crook. Crooked Malinda. I wouldn't write more if you didn't keep changing your rebutle. If people talk bad about you I say yea we call her the Death Dealer. ORIGINAL: I finally would like to give my review. I didn't buy any chickens from anywhere else when I started. After buying hundreds and spending thousands I learned from my PT tester that they had MG and knew that this place spreads it. Not only that but also Marek's. I was new and trusted the two faced woman. She will be your best friend and act as nice as possible until you keep returning with problems. I should have realized something was going on when she was giving us Nuflor to suppress the disease. The disease in incurable and ruins the flock. I had to start all over. For someone who uses her study as a rainforest conservationist to make a sale and in the end be behind the cause of the region being infested with two major disease is mindboggling. I don't know if she is truly a nice person or if it was an act but the fact of hiding illness and selling animals with illness on her land at a 50% death rate really upset me for years. I finally decided to leave this review. I have caught her daughter bashing my business online and a lot of the facebook groups are pro Seabreeze and will attack you if you mention anything like this. I am now working with the state and don't sell anything like she does. I really am not sure what brand of mattress that helps you sleep at night but I love to know. I didn't know Nuflor was RX btw. Your dad could get in major trouble and you aswell. Not having one animal from you I have not use my sickbay in 3 years. Classic American greed.

I’ve ordered chickens from Seabreeze Hens several times and have had a wonderful experience each time!! Love going there and picking them out and also had a great experience when I needed some shipped. Wonderful owner and place !!!

A long time ago, we went with friends to pick out chickens with Melinda and we knew then we'd never go anywhere else once it was our turn. So here we are, 7 years later, finally getting our very first chickens. Sea Breeze Hens is incredibly clean, the chickens all extremely healthy and happy, and there is a wide range of breeds and ages to choose from. Melinda is SO knowledge and so much fun to talk with. She helped us pick out 12 amazing pullets for our first flock, since we didn't really know what we wanted. We explained our needs/wants and she knew exactly what to recommend. We also ended up getting some more "fun" chickens that have been a great addition, which we have fallen in love with. As first time chicken owners, I have had a lot of questions and she was so kind, even answering us on her way to a much deserved vacation! I can't recommend SeaBreeze hens enough. Nowhere else is as clean, friendly, diverse, caring, and HONEST as Melinda and her crew. She will tell you like it is, not just what is best for her and her business. She truly wants you and the chickens to be happy, and you can tell this is a hobby and passion of hers. We will be life long customers!

I’ve got silkies from here every year for the past 3 years all have thrived. My 3 yo hens still lay and are the best mamas. Also look at the crests on these new pullets I got this spring. Couldnt be more satisfied

I absolutely LOVE this place. It’s always a treat when I get to go here. Melinda is so KNOWLEDGEABLE about her birds and it shows. I have bought probably 40-50 birds from her and I’ve never had an issue. She takes the time and has always helped me out if I’ve ever had a question about anything. Her customer service is impeccable. Honestly if there was 100 stars I would give it to Seabreeze for review.

SeaBreeze Hens has such a great selection of birds and such high quality. My kiddos are busy getting their chickens ready to show at our local fair this coming weekend. Melinda has answered all our questions. You will not find a better place to purchase chickens from. SeaBreeze Hens will always get our business.

Truth about this place is that all her birds are infected with marek . She says she vaccinate them . But in order for vaccine to work they need to be quarantined for five days and not in contact with any other birds that are previously were positive. I have lost so many birds that I got from her.
Also ALV ! I used to like this place . But after my birds died one by one and spent $$$$ on vetting for all the tests, i would never recommend anyone to get a bird from her . There is no regulation that can go and shut the place down , but the facts are there and i have all the proofs to show .
FYI, there is no cure for those 2 diseases and spread fast and even through the egg of the hen . Dont get fooled by Malinda's nice customer service . She knows this and she keep breeding and selling LOW Quality birds . Do your research . This is not a place to get ur birds from . Or be prepared to see then die from those diseases . Educate your self . Spend your money on big well known hatchery instead .

Just received our chicks. They are healthy, vibrant and arrived fast. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service and care. All questions were answered immediately. The chicks arrived secure, warm, fed and ready to get out of their box. The box was spacious, protected and food and warm pillows were secure to not cause injury. Excellent Service and beautiful well cared for chicks.

My daughter ordered 4 chicks from SeaBreeze Hens that were 2 to 3 weeks old for us in Northwestern Oklahoma. We ordered them with express shipping as was recommended. Melinda notified us when they shipped on Tuesday and they arrived here on Thursday first thing in the morning. They were healthy spunky little birds that were exactly what we wanted. We will be getting anymore chicks we need from SeaBreeze Hens and I would recomend SeaBreeze Hens to anyone looking for quality chickens!!

Melinda is so nice and kind We've been there many times and we have loved the experience of being there. This is the absolute best place to go if you want chickens. It's so good that Serena Williams is buying her chickens from here! Today will be our 6th time going there ?. She helps us find what we need every time. We love going to sea breeze hens so much no other place is better.

We had pre ordered some newly hatched chicks to be picked up and on the day of, Melinda personally called us to suggest waiting an extra day or 2 so that she could make sure we were getting chicks that were eating and drinking and healthy. She was extremely helpful, communicative, and very customer oriented! Will definitely be getting more chicks from her again!
