WORST EVER!!!! Always delays. NEVER their Fault ( they always blame it on "our partners") .. It can take a week or more for an "instant transaction" if there is any EXTRA information needed such as a bank statement

Terrible Service. Paypal should drop Xoom if they want to maintain any amount of credibility. They lie from the start. As soon as you begin using the service, they automatically build in delays. Their email communications are filled with lies, and their customer service representatives dont even know the process. They dont know the definition of the word "arrived" and state that the recipients bank is processing the deposit when in fact it is their third party bank moving the money. Save yourself the embarrassment and use a different service. Shame on Paypal
