I arrived as a walk-in because my car's engine started rattling, and I was being told at first instance what could have been a cost ranging from 450 to 3000, after checking it they at first couldn't see the real issue since it's a diesel engine. God was wise and the car died there. They checked again and it turned out to be an incredible reason, but very simple and way cheaper solution, a fix that was less than 200. I left with my car working perfectly. The guys helping me were friendly, profesional and very kind! Flores, the mechanic, the gentleman on the front, I forgot if it was Samuel, Roberto, I sincerely apologize! He deserves a shout out! I will call and ask for his name and come back to leave the review properly, but at least this shows you this is a very honest review! Lol I loved it here. I got my place to go now.”
“First time visiting this establishment and had a great experience. My vehicle needed an oil change and tire pressure check. There was also a rattling noise from the previous day. Well, it turns out that there is a possum nesting under the hood. Besides being a first for me, I am grateful that they were able to resolve the issue. “The owner listens to the customer and tries to help you out as much as he can,I had already taken my car to other shops and no one wanted to work on my car cause it had water in the transmission,all those shops other shops just wanted to get money out of me by selling me a rebuilt transmission for $3000,I told him my situation and he suggested that we just flush the transmission considering how fairly new my vehicle was.I agreed to the flush and by some miracle the transmission worked again,I ended up paying only $200 cause he also had to change the transmission coolant but I'm just glad he was willing to help me out in the end,I would recommend this transmission shop to anyone having issues and he won't keep your car for a week like other shops,I took it to Linos in McAllen and he kept my car for 2 weeks just to say that it needs a new transmission ??♂️”
