I can never get of hold of her. Every time I show up and I show up early enough, they are always closed. They never post anything on Google or Facebook. So I never know if they are out of business or if they are on vacation. The voice-mail box is always full or not taking messages. I have a feeling that they don't treat The dogs well. The only reason I want to to go to them is because they are close by and have good prices. But I can't go anymore cuz they are never opened.

We are from PSJA but deployed out of state. When I took my dogs there, they did not stagger appointments and kept our dogs from 9am until 2:30pm even though I had called much earlier in the day and was told they were almost ready. The older lady at the reception area only spoke Spanish and was quite rude and harsh in her manner toward dogs and people. Both are dogs are well- behaved and we had never had any problems with them at the groomers before their experience at Ram-Pam. She said one of our dogs was rebellious but she could handle her. When I called just before 2pm, I was told they were just finishing up with our second dog. When my husband and I picked them up, they ran to us and urinated on our shoes. Now, they are both terrified of going to the groomers and our veterinarian says they must have had a very traumatic time at this place. We will never take our dogs to this place again and you should not either. If zero stars were an option, I would choose it. This is an awful and unprofessional subpar place.

My mom took her kitty to this place and was completely satisfied. My mom was so thrilled that they took care of her and the prices were satisfactory. The proprietor charges according to size, species, etc.. My mom has found her groomer. Well done! Thank you!

We needed someone to clip our doxys nails and recalled taking them to this facility in previous years when we spend our winter in the valley. We were pleased then and have used this groomer this winter. Very friendly and fair prices. Gretel seems to like her, so that's A,good deal. I would recommend this facility if your dog has grooming needs.

This place is a dump. Smells. Animals on site are left without food or water. Drive by and look for yourself. I wouldn't take my pets to place.
