Zero professionalism, they do not answer the calls, as they had done my taxes and had put my payment for the automatic IRS and they never got the money, so I had to call the IRS and ask what was happening and they told me that they did not have any of my taxes from the year 2023 so these people did not do them but they do charge you the money to “do the taxes”? I had to do the taxes again and now pay a penalty for seeing me as late.

We’ve had a terrible experience with their service this year. We usually have had a smooth process but this year they have been really unprofessional. The owner doesn’t reply back to our multiple calls or texts about where our income is. They initially mixed our tax returns with someone else’s and it’s been 7 months and they have been giving us the run around. It’s speaks volume when the owner dodges your calls and questions.
