I went for an inspection on my car, and I had a flat tire. Well, the guy told me that he was sorry, but he can't pass the inspection with the spared tire. OMG, after waiting for 1 and 1/2, he tells me about that. I went fixced my tire issue and went back, and he put me back on the waiting list, and after 1 and 1 1/2 I was done.G's what a day I had ???

Very unprofessional! They don’t add the oil you’re car needs. I used to change mine at Walmart, it’s a special kind my car needs. Here they just add what they have! On top there’re employees are rude! I went it today asked for a wait time on inspections! Rude little guy tells me to wait in my car cause he gets anxiety! Not my problem Dude! He was obviously having a bad day and that’s not ny fault! But I shouldn’t be the one having it! I’m calling the city of San Juan to inspect! Also taking my car to Mazda for proof of of the oil that y’all added to my car for $50

Quick and speedy service the staff was very attentive and assured me I would get helped asap. I went in for vehicle inspection and it was thorough and precise. I was able to get in and out in a respectable time frame with everything I needed to renew my vehicle registration! I rate the level of staff and service A+ I will definitely visit again friendly employees
