Manuel who said he does not work at this store but who also said his manager is Raul, did not want to help me with my issue because he said it was “liability” even though other oreillys as well as that one has helped me before with that specific issue. He was also giving me attitude and the worst customer service. So then I went down the road to Auto Zone who did a splendid job of helping me right away.
