My salesman was Carlos Ramos, he did an awesome job in making buying a car as easy as possible. A lot of the negotiation had already been done over the phone, all I had to do was sign and drive away in our new vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership and salesman, very transparent no hidden fees, what you see is what you get!

I want to start off by saying I have never bought a brand new car, let alone a luxury vehicle. Carlos made the process go by so smoothly. He was pretty honest about many things and was able to find a vehicle within our price range. He took his time with us and our numerous questions. He was very patient and made sure we left feeling excited with a new car. We are very grateful.

This is our second time getting a vehicle with North Park Lexus RGV and once again the service was excellent!! It all started with a friendly Good Morning. From beginning to end, Carlos Ramos (Sales) provided us with a great buying experience. Also, remembering their customers comes a long way. David Gonzalez (Management), previously in finance, made sure to stop by and say hi. He also helped us during the buying process. Last but not least, Randy Mora (Finance) did his best to make sure we were pleased with our purchase and made the process quick and easy. A well deserved 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent dealership! My wife and I are from out of state and were interested in a used SUV, and Jacob Blanco was fully transparent and informative, sharing detailed photos and videos of the interior and exterior to make sure we knew exactly what to expect when made the trip down there. Alex Cortez made the purchasing process quick and painless, while also being very friendly and professional. Overall great experience, and I recommend this dealership whether you're in or out of state.

I was visiting my family down there from Dallas and on an impulse I purchased a new Lexus from Jennifer Villarreal and she has been amazing! She still takes care of me when I’m every bit of 9 hours away!! That’s excellent customer service and care.
I went through the financial process with Marco Rodriguez and he is just as exceptional by always responding and helping me with any warranty questions that I may have. There’s a great team that works at this dealership and never once did I feel intimidated or confused.

Sales agent Dago was probably one of the best easy going non pushy sales person I’ve had the pleasure of getting help from. Right away he helped me and never tried to push the sale and was able to be straight forward with costs and he also helped us with our trade he made it smooth for our first Lexus purchase.

From my first call inquire about a call Jennifer was very helpful with answers to all my questions. She even sent me a text on the news that the car I was talking about was being reduced. When I called she was willing to work with me to purchase the car. When we arrived at a price that was favorable to both we set a time for purchase. At the dealership our sales rep was very nice and very helpful with all we needed to do to make my purchase. Jennifer was a kind and helpful agent of the dealership.
