I have been calling them it’s 9:12 and they close at 10 and they didn’t answer then I called again and it was only beeping because they had disconnected their phone to not answer ? more than 40 min before closing and they don’t answer! Horrible employees

There is 2 Young ladies we working there one is tall and the other one is short and chubby they don't have a clue of what they are doing they give the wrong information they need to be retrain or fired they told me I couldn't change my number on a new line that I had to wait 3 months and I told them but I called costumer service and they set I could and they keeped on telling me that I couldn't that costumer service was wrong so left the store and call costumer service and they did the change for me I was very disappointed of the service they provided for me and some friends have share the same experience with those 2 Young ladies.

First time at a MetroPCS, and I had the pleasure to go into this location. I went into this location to replace my mother's cell phone. Nadine informed me my mother was eligible for an upgrade. Thanks to Nadine I was able to get my mother her cell phone upgraded, and Nadine made the experience smooth, painless, and quick. Thank you Nadine!!!
