So, I've been coming for the last 5 years here for my taxes and notary needs and it was excellent until this year, I haven't been able to get in contact with Maximo about my taxes, I filled back in January, it's now Oct, almost Nov and still no answer on his phone or texts. Office door has a sign Mon and Tues 1230-1630, waited till 1330 and no one was there so i left my contact info. Now Sunday and still no contact from him, Fri and Sat are open according to the sign.

Excellent service and attention from Maximo, very professional and at all times explains what he is doing.He shows you all the possible options in your income tax so you can make the best decision (it is not like other places that do not help you and just fill out a form).Just be patient, since he gives personalized attention, it takes a little time, but it is totally worth it.

One star is more than what he deserves; we were there yesterday waiting in the loby, and he didn't even acknowledge that we were there for a good while. When we asked if it would take a long time, he said yes, and he was about to close in 30 minutes. Not a way to conduct business! So, of course, we took our business somewhere else and made someone $300.00 richer!
