My Dad purchased a carport that was installed incorrectly that was told my where product comes from, It moves with wind. ⚠️ Brackets & ties are sold separately not included. CS SUX because when he calls no one answers. When he was told by owner she was going to take care problem and never comes. And comes with excuses that they forgot. Owner never inspects installers finished job to make sure its done correctly. My Dad is a Senior and you need to take care of your customers right. Disappointed on this company! They only want your money. It's all for sales only! It's like she told me: you sell a car the accessories are extra but brackets & ties aren't extra. I'm seeing like this when they sell this product. You selling me the body of the car and if you want it to run I'll sell you the engine that's what they are doing.? So everyone research on companies that sell this product there are so many better which includes everything with carport.

Very unenthusiastic crew. Amazingly they seem to not want business. If you do opt for their product/services be aware you will spend countless hours trying to figure out when they will actually start and resume the delivery/setup. Good luck ever trying to get them to come out and do modifications.
