Mary Garcia is a liar and a scammer, she refused to provide me evidence of what was wrong with my car and when I asked to speak with her supervisor she continued to be rude I wasn't able to get ahold of mascorro as he was not there and they told me to leave or they are call police, they never gave me paperwork on my car and the car still has issues and a nail in the tire. I'm still awaiting my paperwork

Hoping this review gets to the ears of Miss Gabby in the parts department. She did a fantastic job of helping me getting answers in regards to a part that I was looking for... I contacted Land Rover South Bay in California parts, where my customer lives, and even though they could have told me the information they made me call Texas to get the same response he had in front of him,Toby. But thank God for Gabby who explained the issue, provided me with the information I needed to advise my customer (yes this was for me, a buying customer to resell) and I was finally able to resolve my customer's issue. All thanks to Gabby. Now a days there is no more customer service out there... but she knows what customer service means. Once again thank you for taking the time to help me.

I went to this dealership for an oil change for my f-peace and it was the worst mistake that I’ve ever done, after that oil change they started asking me for money to replace some emissions filter then they said something about a pair of sensors…in total I spent around 9k in parts and my car broke 30 min later after I picked up, the engine just shutdown and I returned to this place and they said that it needs an engine replacement, I talked with the general manager (who literally change his name for no reason) to find out a solution but he only wash his hands after all that money I spent, now I’m working with a big group of lawyers from Houston to solve this situation with the fraudulent dealership and the low capacity to diagnose the vehicles.

My personal experience was with the service department; which became a pleasant surprise. After first encountering a very torpid, arrogant, and lackadaisical service advisor(Ricardo R.) I asked to speak with the manager(Mary G.) and she quickly showed me to a much more friendly and helpful advisor(John Solis). Mr. Solis exceeded all expectations previously set by his coworker and turned around the entire endeavor! The communication, transparency, and over all standard set by Mr. Solis is what I expect from Jaguar(Land Rover) as a valued owner. I would definitely recommend the service department at Jaguar Land Rover of San Juan. Also much recognition and gratitude to the technicians who spent many hours on my XF.

The gentleman that attended us name is Abel Flores he was such a nice guy, any questions that we had about the vehicle we were getting he would answer in a way that someone without car knowledge would understand. Very nice job from Abel Flores

Brought my wife in to see about a range Rover today. We were quickly met by a male who asked if he could help us. We tell him why we're there but OMG he immediately starts to speak over us and was using some lingo or sales terms we didn't even understand. We were thrown back by his level of arrogance! My wife and I would turn to speak to each other and he would cut us off and tell us no other store could help us. The entire time talking down to us. Like our money ain't green or something. I swear we've never encountered a more horrendous and obnoxious so called sales rep ever. He acted as if we needed him not the other way. So my wife says to him, ok thank you. He says, fine and walks away. My wife says he must have so many customers he just cannot find time for one more. We walk around for a bit looking at some of the vehicles for sale. We decide to go inside and look at the cars in the show room. He's standing by the door and says, folks can I get you some water while you all walk around in this heat? My wife politely says, no thank you and he makes some really rude gestures and starts to mutter under his breath. I don't know why he thought we'd have anything more to say to him after the way he was so rude when we 1st got there. NEVER AGAIN!!! Lesson learned. We'll be going out of town to buy our luxury cars!!!!.
