I decided to give this shop a try because my usual one was closed the day I needed to place the order for my kids homecoming garters. I paid in full upon placing the order and the people there were really nice to me at that point. At pick up however, the same man was rude and couldn't even give me a response of your welcome when i thanked him as i was leaving. On top of that, the quality was not that great and they just look thrown together. I will go back to my usual flower shop in the future.

Very pleased with the family spray I ordered over the phone on such short notice for my brother's service. Turned out beautifully and at a reasonable price. Will be using again.

Update 5/21/2022: I totally forgot to update this review but wanted to go ahead and do so now because they continue to impress me. Our wedding flowers and decorations were great and today I contacted him on a short notice due to my friend's wedding flowers getting ruined after just buying them yesterday night. He was able to provide 6 long white roses for them despite them being at another event!Old 4 review "I'll be updating this review after my wedding :) So the reason I still give a high review before getting the product is because of the passion Mr Santos demonstrates in making new business. I am getting married this upcoming Saturday and the florist I had made an agreement with, dropped the ball on us just this Sunday (6 days before the wedding). Thanks to the cards he left at the Basilica Hotel, we learned about him and contacted him. Despite the short notice and high Valentine's Day sales, Mr. Santos still accepted our order and helped us as much as he could. Here are some pictures of his stand so everyone gets an idea of what he is capable of doing. He has more pictures to show in a physical album he has there too. This business is also Bilingual so you can appreciate that and they accommodated to meet me on a Sunday evening."
