I currently live here. It’s private and it’s close to the expressway for work. Management is organized.

We run a business, so any disgruntled reviews may be due to people who have unpaid rent who were asked to vacate. I believe we offer a great deal for a reasonable price. We are fair and we expect our tenants to abide by the lease they have signed. We have a beautiful community at EPE.

I loved living here. This area is private, nice, and clean, and the management is nice. Overall, there were minimal issues. The location is great!
