Just needed a simple and quick haircut. Google says you're open, the sign on the door says you're open, the door was open and the sign was on. Lady walks over turns the sign off and tells me they are closed.

At first I didn't like the cut because the layers looked very thin but later I liked it because I made it sponge and it looks better but it's still pretty.

Janie is nice and stays late but takes forever to finish a haircut. I’d recommend this place if you have nothing to do and want to chat with someone. I had to wait for an hour.. kinda disappointed.

On the door says they close at 9, light is on.. customers inside.. and the lady working there states establishment was already closed!?!?!???? ?.. if it's a fake business or only by appointment (VIP) please fix the sign on the door, and or lock the door. Make it known to the general public that it's a membership only establishment and not open to general customers.

If you are like me, that I HATE wasting my time or dealing with stupid people, don't go here. The woman had me waiting for 45 minutes without saying anything and when it was my turn she said "I have an appointment with someone else"... like pendeja just say that from the beginning and don't waste my time
