Excuse my language but shitiest service ever! I'm paying $500 for a used and scratched up laptop because they don't have a new one in the warehouse, I was told this after we signed for it and I'm suppose to pay more for a newer one. The laptop didn't even come in a box! Plus no one helped us until we stepped up to bother them.
