I went to apply for a PO Box and the guy who helped me was very kind and resourceful. He explained that it wasn't necessary to get a large unit in anticipation for a laptop I wanted to purchase, since they hold packages that don't fit for you to pick up. It saved me money for sure and the process was quick and easy!

I sent a package on December 27, 2017 and USPS never notice me that package couldn't be delivered to the home of my family and USPS neither notice to my family that package arrived to this office.

I sent a package on December 27, 2017 and USPS never notice me that package couldn't be delivered to the home of my family and USPS neither notice to my family that package arrived to this office. When I realize that was here ( web page doesn't give the exact location and tge automatic phone response is a piece of trash) I told to my family and when they went USPS charged additional fee for give them the package. For all this I hate USPS!!!!
