Terrible experience with one of the employees of this store, they do their frauds and thefts. I went to ask to buy a new cell phone and a new line. She gave me a price of 375 and I didn't buy it. I told her that I would come back later and she sent me a message to my number saying yes. I wasn't going to want the cell phone and I told him yes, then a month passed and I went and told him that I wanted a cell phone with the same number and he sold me one for 375 and I told him that if it wasn't it would be cheaper for be my number and she told me no total return purchase minticket that I forgot or I didn't put it in the bag with the cell phone and she didn't want to give it to me because the cell phone she sold me was more expensive but she gave it to me a coupon from her on her account and on her part so that it would be cheaper for me. I didn't ask for a discount, I just asked her to sell me a cell phone that she offered me. I liked it but she sold it to me already used and it turns out that it was hers. I don't use it, I grab it with a line from a client as a total bonus. Pesima.exleriencia I was thinking of going to file a complaint so that the same thing doesn't happen to them with these types of people who make money by stealing from the owner of the subway. Thank God I have the record of his messages and calls as proof so that he no longer bothers me, I told him to stop the cell phone thing, but I won't return to this store, thanks Janette Horrible experience

Horrible service Janet attended me and was very rude. She insisted to sell me a tablet i did not want & seemed upset because i kept refusing the offer. I felt some type of threatened because of her behavior and attitude. Hope she gets moved from stores bc this is unacceptable, no work ethics whatsoever.

On Google it says they close at 9 pm, but when you arrive they have the closing time at 8 pm.We didn’t have internet and we really needed a SIM card, we decided to go to this store to buy it because it was almost 9 but we didn’t have luck.So we got stuck without internet and service ?

Very bad service in this store, at first the account is sold well at their price and then you go and ask for help and they don't give it to you... and even the police want to throw you out just for asking for help with the insurance. I mean everything I say. Oscar has no employee ethics, he yells at customers, he wants to always sell you new lines without fixing them or accommodate your needs. He sells then he doesn't know how to explain everything you have in your account then he runs you out of the store with no ethics of helping the customer. Lego expresses itself, too bad for its practitioners if not and I don't see anyone doing anything with this sales scammer. DON'T GO ROBA! If nothing is done about it I will leave the company

I was at this store trying to get the iPhone SE promo and jennifer was obviously overcharging me quoted at $200 when I had already been in multiple locations and they told me I only had to pay the first month of service! She spoke to Eric from “corporate” and he told her the cheapest I could get it at was $115 that was still more then the first month! I would appreciate a for someone to reach out to me to clear this out and see why this store is charging activation and forcing customers to accessories they don’t want.
