“My family and I were driving I-10 when our ISL9 broke down, stranding us in our diesel pusher motorhome. After limping to a campground within walking distance, the part was ordered from Cummins and I installed it easily within two days of the breakdown. I then took the motorhome to Cummins El Paso where they immediately came out to look at my coach, attach their laptop to read the codes, and I was able to leave within 25 minutes of arrival. Not only was the quick service unexpected, but both Mario and Jesus were super professional, helpful and courteous. My family and I were able to continue our journey safely and we were able to drive another 4 hours that day to our destination without any further problems. I would actually take any further problems to Cummins El Paso, even if I was not in the area - they were that helpful. Highly recommended by a non-commercial, family/motorhome customer. Thank you!”

“I know everyone has problems and bad days but when I worked at Autozone I left my problems at home. Because I knew it was stressful enough to customers to shop for parts and try to get their cars fixed. That being said I sent my customer to get his brake pads for his truck from Autozone because I trusted they would treat him with respect and good customer service. Unfortunately Raul was extremely rude and disrespectful. He wanted to send him to Lee Trevino because my comercial account was there with Chris. He said he was going to help him this time and but only this time. Only because my customer was resistant and saying he knew we had the warranty at Autozone. I used to work at autozone for a long time. It is painful to see how customer service is no longer a priority for Autozone. If I would of known this was going to happen I would of gone to Lee Trevino myself because Chris always treats us with respect and like a real person. What a shame! I hope this review helps you correct the problem of why we sometimes go to Oreillys or other parts stores. I will also write a review the store on google so others know to keep away from this horrible store.
Update: the store Manager Luis called me and we figured this whole deal out. He apologized and I gave them another chance. This has now become my go to store for vehicle needs. Thanks for your support and help. It goes to show Customer service goes a long way.”

“We read about the past reviews and were scared to death because we bought our truck from there and had to go get it. We wanted work done on it before pick up and were so worried.No Fear!! We were so IMPRESSED!Everyone was friendly and if they didn't know the answer, they found some one who did. They were straight up when parts ordered didn't arrive and gave us options to make sure we were happy and satisfied.There has been an overhaul of personnel and they are doing their best and better to turn this place around and doing an EXCELLENT job at it.We were told when the truck would go into shop, estimated time when out and, although they missed the time out, it wasn't their fault, it was ours. We found little things we didn't like with truck and they made it right. Truck is a NEW TO US truck. Mechanically it's sound. The mechanic went over it, found some potential issues and repaired them. We have a confirmed date to return when more parts we ordered will arrive and already set for straight in. They say guaranteed 8 hr job and we believe we will be out in 10 to allow for potential issues.MHC El Paso is NOT what I expected. They have surpassed our expectations and I would definitely recommend to anyone needing service, upgrades, parts or just a friendly face.GREAT JOB LUKE AND TEAM!!Thank you so much El Paso MHC for such a great buying/upgrading experience!”
“O'Reilly Auto is great for getting a quick part, they have a limited supply on hand and most things for uncommon vehicles have to be ordered, which case, I would rather order it myself, from a direct dealer, and get the same or even better price. I tried doing a commercial account, but seems like the manager is never available and the application is paper only. Still 5 stars for the super customer service staff.”
