Was upset at first, but supervisor and mail carrier redeemed themselves. I was waiting for a package that I had to sign for all morning, but there was never a knock on my door. Instead , I found a slip for a missed delivery in my mail box which is strange because there was never a delivery attempted in the first place. I guess they just assumed I wasn't home even though my car was right in front of my apartment. At first I tried to call the 1800 number, but it is impossible to talk to a human and their automated services are VERY bad and will not give you enough time to put in your tracking number, so my only other option was to go to the post office myself to file a complaint. I talked to the supervisor and he took care of the issue right away and he was able to contact the mail carrier to turn around and deliver my package. I was very impressed with how fast they fixed my problem. So I guess I can let them slide with this little mishap with how good they handled it.

I don't know why people say bad service. I traveled from Iowa to Texas and urgently needed to send a package and it is one of the few stores that are open on Saturday until noon. All staff very friendly.

I'm from Harlingen and I drive to this location for my post office needs. No lines and I'm in and out in no time. Workers are always friendly and helpful.

I been in the phone for 21min and they still havent answer me, it says here in google that they arent that busy today. I am calling because I have like 2 packages lost. Also, sometimes packages dont arrive and it says they where already delievered. I want to talk to the but am still hearing music in the phone.

Lately I been missing a lot of mail.... Mail that shippers said it was deliver but I never got.... I made a complaint at post office I feel this is retaliation

It’s been twice where I order stamps and stamped envelopes and I get nothing. It says they’ve been delivered but I’m guessing they deliver to the wrong address

Sent my son certified mail. Was not delivered on time. Was sent to McAllen then Harlingen. And now can't be found. No one answers the phone. Very important package! Someone's livelihood. Never using usps for important delivery again! Horrible service.

Blue drop box FULL at 11 am Monday…said pickup was Saturday at 12-12:30…does no one Ck and empty the box after nearly 48 hours??!!

They refuse to deliver any of my packages and send them back which cost me more money!! They refuse to help me they see my address and sends it back says can’t deliver and I spoke with who used to live here and they never had a issue!!! Also when they see anything like a card or personal info the will steal it even if only THEY have a key for your LOCKED mail box then claim someone else stole it. Even tho the address was changed to the post office. Don’t trust them
