I came in to look at some storage units to see what would be a good size and which one i would need, it's past 8AM and it's closed so i called the number and just asked to 2 questions, if it was a 24 hour facility to come drop off stuff since i work during the day, they said 9pm and that's fine. Then i asked if i could look at some units to see which one i would need, i let them know i was at the San Benito office outside, and they hung up. Not really sure why. I called at 8:24 AM 03/25/24 if you'll would like to go back and listen to the call, the lady sounded bothered from the start and i never acted disrespectful towards her.

Samira was super sweet and helpful. One of the fastest processes I’ve ever experienced when it comes to a new rental process. Can’t speak enough about the professionalism, kindness, and quickness Samira had when I called and rented myself a unit. I’d recommend them to anyone, no questions asked.

They false advertise this business, they state that they have camera surveillance , and we found out that they have not worked in the last 2 years. This place is NOT secure. Please keep looking for another place. We had rented a storage there and we got our stuff stolen.

Maibel was very nice, she had a very comforting voice. I had issue not being able to sign on to my account and she help me change my password also help me update my current address and other information.
