Stop hiring slow people they be holding up the line, some of us just come to pay our bill not upgrade. I shouldn't have to wait here for hours.

Came by around 7:25pm, there was a note on the door saying they would be back in 15 minutes signed “Mgmt”. They close at 8pm. Waited until 8pm and no one showed up to open the door. Called several times just to reach voicemail each time. Talk about ending the day early and not wanting to help.
