Took an anklet that was fitting loose to the point of slipping off. I asked for a smaller hoop and a small repair where it clasps on. Work done beautifully in less than 2 days.I had previously gone to another place in Harlingen very rude and work done was hideous they never bothered changing out the hoop.

I left my ring in hopes of having stone replaced...Owner never called me to update me the whole month I had ring in shop. I had to call to find out status each time. When I finally went in to check status a month later, he casually says we couldn’t find a stone. Had I not gone in not sure he wouldn’t have called me. Very disappointed.
