They have really nice vacuum system but lately we have had to wipe our entire car down because of water spots. We didn't have this problem when we bought the pass in December.

This location is not as great as the other locations. This location doesn't properly rinse or dries your vehicle. On the way out, there's always a huge puddle of dirty water waiting for your exit.

I bought my son a gift card on line a week ago. Email states to take to location and redeem for gift card. None of the employees at 2 different locations know how to redeem it. I’ve left voicemails and sent emails for customer service to Refund my $250 and nobody has called me back .

They run out of towels fast you usually have to go tell the staff to replace them but other than that the place is great!

Enjoy the services but just a heads up, Google says it opens at 7am (which would be great) but I’ve gone several times and it’s NEVER open at that time.

Took my car to get washed and it scratched my car and dented it just a little. It also scratched one of my rims. Not happy about this. Will not be going back.

they miss spots in back and windows spotted and they dont dry your vehicle anymore

I'm very disappointed ? with the service of this car wash. My daughter had to get a wet towel to wipe the entire car off from all the soap spots on it. Doesn't rinse correctly. The Tires ugghhhh left them worst. No shine

Gave it try today and will never go back. I paid for GO BIG $21 and no tire dressing. I reported to employee with glasses and he looked at my tires and said your right looks like we ran out. He said I will let them know basically ignoring me more concerned about closing down instead of taking care of customer. Don’t waste your money here complete rip off.

I am a member, so my car gets washed most anytime I want! Not a bad price either! They used to have someone to dry windows, but lately no one is there!

I paid for the highest one that has everything included. I should’ve just gone to wash it manually myself or another carwash. $21 down the drain. Didn’t clean my car at all, didn’t put the armor all/shine on tires although I paid for it, it looks the same as when I first got there… Ithardly knocked everything off. This carwash basically made my car look like it got washed with water only. Never coming back again. This is the second time this happens. The time prior to this I paid $16 and I was like okay maybe because I didn’t get the one that does everything, came to give it a chance. When I was paying last time I overheard workers saying they are charging people for full price although sometimes their machines aren’t working… Just for a bigger disappointment. Save your money and go somewhere else.
