My overall experience was great! This wasn’t my first rodeo, coming into a dealer and financing a car, but when I came in and met with Jacob, he was super friendly, very upbeat and positive. He communicated very well with me, through the phone and in person— when I didn’t understand something, he took his time to explain and even reassured me, when the finance manager came to explain the paperwork. I walked in with my mind set on an Accord and I walked out with it the next day, at a well negotiated price, and it wasn’t a hassle at all!! Jacob also went out of his way to get me a spare key and called me a few days later, which is always awesome on a used vehicle.. thank you Jacob and Michael, whom sealed the deal, for your help!!! You guys are awesome :) The dealership itself is also very clean and always stocked with snacks and drinks, which is also a plus! DEFINITELY recommend and will come back in the future!

I bought a car here and have experienced so much trouble with it that they have not been able to fix. I went in for the AC recall and they said they fixed it but another mechanic said they didn't and it was still leaking a lot of refrigerant. I had to take the car in twice for another issue because the first time they told me the weird steering behavior was normal. They've lost parts from the car too, or forgot to put them back.

Over all great experiences buying a new mini van, salesman Luis was very helpful and truthful when asked any questions Mr. Luis was knowledgeable. My family and I just came back from a road trip and we had a great experience with our Honda Odyssey and know that we are back and in need of maintenance for our Odyssey the service department was very helpful. 100% recommended.

I would certainly recommend Gillman San Benito for your next vehicle purchase. The sales rep Ivan whom assisted me with buying my new vehicle was genuine polite and persistent throughout the whole process.
