Was need of roadside assistance and they never provided me the number for it even though I pay extra for it! And I was not able to get in contact with the office about it so I had to pay out of pocket to get another towing company to assist me! When I was finally able to get in contact with the office to get the number for the roadside assistance they where finally able to provide it to me. Fast forward to today 11/01/2021 I needed roadside assistance and when I called the number it was no help at all I was never able to get anyone to tow my vehicle and when I came inside the office to speak about it the associate Stephanie called the roadside assistance as well and they were no help to her either! She stated she couldn’t do anything else about it since the roadside assistance was through another company and I will just need to wait or call another company
