Opened a savings account, lobby was closed, Cassandra Mata helped get everything done in the drive thru. Very courteous, great customer service. Helped me get it done quickly answered all my questions.

Tried full day toget. Help accessing account. At 5:45 in the evening was giving given information and told to try logging on in an hour or two. Did not work. Tried the next morning. Did not work. Was told agent was off for the weekend but I should call there would be two other people who could assist me. They are not answering the phones. And I cannot get my account information. Very poor service.

FCB misses the COMMUNITY experience in their name. I called asking about notary public services; they confirmed the availability. I stopped by but was rejected for not being a customer. Two employees were eager to share this fact, simultaneously. Offering to pay had no positive effect. I had been considering opening an account to avoid driving to Brownsville for services. Perhaps one day FCB will consider including the entire COMMUNITY with the hope more locals would be impressed by their generosity & star service to entrust their saving to them.l wish the bank, its employees, & account holders well; I will consider other local banks with real community service.

Not a reliable service! ladies from the drive thru take forever to process transactions during the morning, then you call the number in web site and no one answers the phone NEVER.
