Hours of operation is wrong. The hours posted on the door and online says 11 am to 6 pm. It’s 11:34 am and there is no one. It be great if they update the information.

Went in to activate my husband’s phone that he had misplaced. It had an old cricket card and a memory.when I got home I was going to take out the memory card and it had 2 cricket cards I called back but Carla started like why would I remove the memory card she had just replaced the cricket card for service. Then she said I should ask my husband who had the card. I told that I knew the card was in there since I had seen it when I was trying to get service on line. She started giving me attitude. I told her I would go through the trash myself she said that she had put it out since she was closing. That she was sure she had not removed it’s since memory cards are black! I guess she has not seen them in other colors;(

Just went to pay my phone and the lady who attended me had a horrible attitude. I just asked her about the insurance the phone has and she was like “yo no se nada de eso” like okayyyy iggg, parecia que she just wanted to get ride of me already.

Cricket should be called Crooked, I live in Rochester NY and my service was cut off two days ago because I could pay the remainder of my bridge pay on time. I dial 611 to find out the amount needed to turn my service back on it said $ 37. 00 I took the bus to the Authorized retailer on East ridge Rd and $37.00 I told them wanted my service back on, and was told I needed $45.00. I have the $30 plan so I questioned why. I was told to call customer service so I did. Only to fin
